   All students will improve skill performance level in problem solving, critical thinking and decision making abilities.

   All students will improve their ability to read and comprehend functional and technical texts, manuals and skill competency performance goal books necessary to succeed in their occupational area and effectively transition to the world of work.

   All students will consistently demonstrate a positive work ethic as evidenced by regular attendance, punctuality, time management skills and perseverance in all occupational program areas.
