What is a Research Paper?
White Paper Two is to be a review of educational research.
See, for example: http://www.k12.wa.us/edtech/app-de.asp for a rather complete, but dated, review of research on technology and education.
Also, refer to: http://www.aera.net/pubs/rer/ for information on one of the best known journals of research reviews. Each issue of this (quarterly) journal is devoted to a theme (special education; problem solving; equity, etc).
Your task to is to develop a review of the research that provides a context for your term project. You should identify about one dozen references...some may not be on-line, but try to keep on-line as much as possible. Your paper should have an introduction, statement of the overall problem (issue) addressed, development of discussion of the research in some organized way, conclusions. And of course your bibliography.

Note that the list of references (the bibliography) is to be in the format specified by the American Psychological Association (that is, APA format, as required by the U of I College of Education for thesis research, etc.) Journals of NCTM and the American Educational Research Association use APA format.
