D.I.M.E. is an informal community of predominantly Midwestern public and private schoolteachers and administrators, teacher educators, researchers, and curriculum developers interested in open dialogue about their problems related to teaching. Two-day conferences are held in March and October. D.I.M.E.'s primary interest is in searching for solutions to the "everyday problems" of classroom teachers.
