What it is
	The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), the Illinois Science Teachers Association (ISTA), and the Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics (ICTM) are collaborating in an ambitious effort to connect all Illinois schools by creating an effective network among teachers who share a special enthusiasm for science and mathematics.
