A Message About This Survey

Dear Mathematics Instructor,

We are piloting a survey to determine what are the major curricular resources that middle and high school mathematics teachers use in their classrooms. We want to know, for example, how much of what you teach is from a text book vs. how much is non-textbook material (either of your own creation or variations on other resources). We are looking for information about each math course that you teach, whether there is only one or two or more. If you use more than 4 curriculum resources for a course, then please just include the 4 that you use the most.

This pilot survey will help us get a sense of what curricular resources Illinois mathematics teachers use in their teaching. Thank you for taking the time to help us out.
